About the Role
Bank of America is seeking a Vice President level Project Manager to lead impactful change initiatives within the EMEA Global Markets Change Management team. This role involves partnering with senior business leaders and control partners to deliver complex programmes that support regulatory compliance, risk and capital management, and strategic business growth across Global Markets. You will manage multiple concurrent initiatives, ensuring robust governance, risk identification, resource coordination and execution. The role requires facilitating cross-functional workshops, interpreting regulatory requirements, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation to support governance and audit needs. Requirements

Experience
- Extensive programme and project management experience within financial services, investment banking or related advisory environments.
- Strong understanding of Global Markets businesses including Fixed Income, Currencies and Commodities (FICC), Equities, Futures and related market infrastructure.
- Proven track record delivering complex change initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Deep knowledge of Risk and Capital regulations such as FRTB (Standardised and Internal Models Approaches), Full Revaluation VaR, SA-CVA, IMM and CCAR, with experience delivering regulatory change programmes.
- Experience working with technical teams and translating technical concepts to business audiences.
