- Build "growth plays" by market/segment including positioning, target lists, messaging, channel mix, and measurement tailored to local market dynamics.
- Partner with product and coverage teams to define value propositions, differentiation, and proof points for priority solutions.
- Lead integrated campaigns across the marketing funnel, translating complex Payments solutions into compelling narratives and creative assets such as client stories, propositions, sales enablement, advising events, and thought leadership.
- Manage always-on marketing activities across channels (owned, earned, paid where applicable).
- Serve as the marketing partner to Payments stakeholders across the region, influencing priorities and ensuring marketing is tightly connected to commercial outcomes.
- Collaborate with Country, Industry, and Product teams to activate locally relevant plans while maintaining consistency with EMEA/global messaging.
- Lead agency and vendor relationships, ensuring high quality, on-time delivery, and efficient budget use.
- Partner with global Commercial & Investment Bank Marketing teams for strategy and execution.
- Establish KPIs and performance reporting for growth plays, turning data into executive-ready insights.
- Continuously test and learn to improve targeting, messaging, channels, and cadence.
Experience
- Significant B2B marketing experience, including product marketing and integrated campaign leadership.
- Essential fintech and payments experience with a strong understanding of payments solutions and demonstrated impact.
- Proven ability to create and execute data-driven, insight-led marketing strategies tied to measurable outcomes.
- Strong understanding of the full marketing mix and full-funnel planning, including digital engagement.
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders in complex, matrixed organizations with the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to run multiple workstreams in parallel.
- Excellent communication skills, including executive-level storytelling and strong PowerPoint capability.
- Understanding of AI practical applications in marketing.
- Superior written, presentation, and oral communication skills.
