About the Role
Join J.P. Morgan Asset Management as a Product Experience Manager, where you will define and lead the business roadmap of our EMEA New Product Experience (NPE). This integral part of our web platform serves as the hub to access detailed information on our EMEA Fund ranges. You will collaborate closely with regional NPE Product Managers to align priorities and maintain a consistent global site experience. This role requires strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage multiple stakeholders across lines of business, including marketing, business owners, technology partners, and global specialist groups. You will be responsible for enabling the successful delivery of the digital experience on our global Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) web platform within an Agile delivery framework.

Key responsibilities include owning and leading the EMEA product experience strategy and roadmap for the New Product Experience, including Fund Explorer and Product Detail Pages (PDPs), ensuring a best-in-class experience for discovering and researching EMEA fund ranges such as UCITS across SICAVs, OEICs, and ETFs. You will set EMEA priorities, drive delivery outcomes, and represent EMEA market, jurisdiction, and distribution needs while partnering with regional stakeholders and global NPE Product Managers.

You will provide senior stakeholder leadership across EMEA, building credibility and trust across Marketing, Product, Sales/Client teams, Legal/Compliance, Risk, Operations, Technology, and Data. You will actively influence decisions, manage trade-offs, and maintain alignment on scope, timelines, and outcomes. Partnering with EMEA Marketing and campaign owners, you will ensure product pages support strategic and always-on digital activation, optimizing user journeys from campaign entry points through fund exploration, comparison, and next-best actions.

As a Product Owner in an Agile environment, you will be accountable for backlog direction and quality: defining epics, writing and validating user stories and acceptance criteria, prioritizing work, and ensuring delivery teams are set up for efficient execution. You will translate complex EMEA business and user needs into scalable product requirements, ensuring design and engineering teams fully understand user problems, constraints, and desired outcomes while maintaining a consistent global experience where appropriate.

You will drive continuous optimization using data and insight, establishing success metrics and iterating the Fund Explorer and PDP experience to improve findability, comparability, content clarity, and overall user experience across EMEA fund ranges. Leading digital delivery for EMEA business and regulatory change, you will represent the product experience in working groups and ensure changes to disclosures, content, and customer journeys are implemented accurately and on time.

Building strong partnerships with the Chief Data Office (CDO) and data owners, you will ensure product-page and marketing requirements are reflected in EMEA data priorities, including fund attributes, taxonomy, identifiers, content sources, data quality controls, and governance. You will align across adjacent platforms and product teams such as CMS, analytics/tagging, site search, personalization, and related digital tooling to ensure a cohesive end-to-end EMEA experience and avoid fragmented delivery.

Clear communication is essential; you will translate technical concepts into business impact, customer value, and measurable outcomes, producing concise updates and recommendations that support fast, informed decisions.
