About the Role
Amazon's Global Corporate Employee Relations (GCER) team is seeking a senior labor relations leader to own and shape the regional labor relations strategy, drive programmatic excellence, and elevate the employee experience across EMEA. As Senior EMEA Labor Relations Manager, you will operate across two key dimensions: regional line of business ownership and Southern Europe, Middle East labor relations depth. You will serve as the dedicated labor relations leader for one of Amazon's largest lines of business at the EMEA regional level, owning end-to-end labor relations strategy, stakeholder relationships, and risk posture across all EMEA markets for that line of business. Additionally, you will provide specialised, hands-on strategic labor relations support for Spain, Italy, and emerging markets across the Middle East, managing high-complexity environments with active collective frameworks and growing headcount requiring dedicated expertise.
Reporting to the EMEA labor relations leader, you will set strategic direction, contribute to cross-regional labor relations programmes and capability development, and drive outcomes that balance employee trust with business velocity at scale. This role requires the ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels—setting the vision while rolling up your sleeves to deliver.
