About the Role
As a Lending Product Owner within Wealth Management, you will play a pivotal role in innovating new product offerings and leading the end-to-end product life cycle. You will act as the voice of the customer, developing profitable products that deliver exceptional customer value. Your focus will be on outcomes, fostering continual innovation through data interpretation, customer and stakeholder interviews, and adoption of the latest digital technologies to enhance client experience and maximize profitability.
You will guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure products are scalable, resilient, and stable, consistently exceeding customer expectations.
Experience
Minimum 5-10 years of experience in Banking or Financial Services, with at least 3 years in a similar product owner role. Proven expertise in defining and building product strategy and roadmaps, with strong prioritization skills. Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle.

Qualifications
Graduate or Post-Graduate degree required. Demonstrated ability to lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Experience leading product testing and release management strategies. Proven leadership skills to mentor and support product analysts and associates, fostering their growth and development.
