About the Role
A fantastic opportunity has arisen within the Work Match Employment Delivery team to join as an Employment Specialist delivering the Trailblazer Life Reworked programme across Richmond and Wandsworth boroughs. This programme supports residents who are economically inactive to pursue their life goals and career aspirations. You will manage a caseload of participants, providing person-centred support aligned with their goals and aspirations. Working closely with referral partners and health practitioners, you will promote the benefits of employment and provide holistic support to help participants overcome barriers, build confidence, and find meaningful employment that improves their health and lives.

The role involves direct employer engagement to promote diversity and inclusion, seeking vacancies, and discussing workplace adjustments for participants. You will be required to travel throughout the boroughs as this is a community-based position.

Work Match is recruiting a new team to deliver the second year of the Trailblazer Life Reworked programme, which combines skills and employment support in one place. The programme works closely with local GPs, social prescribers, and community services to ensure residents access the right support.

Key responsibilities include caseload management, adhering to strict service delivery processes and KPIs, employer engagement, detailed record keeping using CRM and Microsoft applications, and collaborating with referral partners to promote the service and identify suitable individuals.
