About the Role
Do you want to help shape how AWS sellers grow, learn, and win? As an Enablement Business Partner, you will play a hands-on role in delivering and continuously improving enablement programs for our EMEA field teams, helping sellers show up confident, capable, and customer-ready from day one. You will collaborate closely with field managers, sales leaders, and cross-functional partners, using data and field feedback to ensure our enablement programs land with impact and evolve with the needs of our sellers and customers.
Key responsibilities include delivering and iterating onboarding and continuous readiness programs for assigned EMEA field teams, facilitating training sessions and workshops aligned to the AWS Way of Selling and current business priorities, gathering field feedback to identify gaps and recommend improvements, tracking and reporting on program KPIs, coordinating program logistics, collaborating with global partners to ensure consistency, supporting adoption of AI-powered selling tools, contributing to enablement content creation, and building trusted relationships with field managers and sellers through consistent, high-quality delivery.
The AGS EMEA Field Enablement team designs and delivers learning experiences, tools, and resources that drive confidence and competence across our customer-facing field. We operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, translating business priorities, field insights, and performance data into enablement programs that move the needle. Our work spans the full seller journey—from onboarding to mastery—and is grounded in the AWS Way of Selling, AI-powered selling motions, and the evolving needs of our customers and field teams across EMEA.
