About the Role
Southwark College, part of NCG, is seeking an enthusiastic Enrichment and Engagement Co-ordinator to join our Student Experience team. Based at our Southwark College site, you will lead the planning and delivery of a diverse enrichment programme for both 16-18 and adult learners, helping students develop confidence, skills, wellbeing and employability. A key part of the role is leading Learner Voice, supporting the Student Union, developing student leadership opportunities, and coordinating clubs, societies, events and community engagement activities. You will work closely with curriculum teams, support services and external partners to maximise participation and enhance the student experience.
Key responsibilities include delivering a varied programme of enrichment activities, events, trips and initiatives; leading key college events such as Freshers' Fair, EDIB activities and student celebrations; developing Learner Voice, the Student Union, student leadership programmes, clubs and societies; supporting delivery of the NCG Guarantee and wider personal development agenda; building partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to broaden opportunities for learners; monitoring participation, evaluating impact and using feedback to improve provision; promoting inclusion, positive behaviours and student success; and ensuring activities are delivered safely and in line with college policies and procedures.

Experience
Experience of delivering enrichment, engagement or personal development activities is essential. Proven ability to create opportunities that help students thrive is highly valued.

You should be enthusiastic, proactive and able to work collaboratively with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
Relevant qualifications or experience in education, youth work, student engagement or a related field are desirable but not explicitly stated as mandatory.
