About the Role
We are seeking experienced Enterprise / Domain Architects to provide dedicated architecture leadership across strategic transformation programmes focused on omni-channel order management. You will work as a key member of programme teams, partnering with business and technology stakeholders to define target architectures, support technology selection, guide implementation approaches, and ensure solutions align with the wider enterprise strategy. Your involvement will span key architecture phases including discovery, design, procurement, selection, and implementation. The role requires a collaborative approach balancing strategic direction with hands-on architecture delivery to improve customer experience, fulfilment efficiency, and operational capability.

Experience
- Proven Enterprise Architecture or Domain Architecture experience
- Strong understanding of retail business capabilities and technology landscapes
- Experience working across complex transformation programmes
- Experience supporting procurement and technology selection processes including RFI, RFP, technical assessments, and vendor evaluations
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Comfortable working at both strategic and detailed technical levels
- Proactive, pragmatic, and delivery-focused approach

About You
You are a collaborative architect who can lead architecture activities across transformation programmes. You are skilled at defining current-state and target-state architectures and shaping future order management capabilities integrating digital commerce, supply chain, fulfilment, inventory, and customer experience platforms. You are confident challenging vendors and driving informed decisions while establishing architecture governance and decision-making processes. Your communication skills enable you to work effectively with product, engineering, delivery, commerce, supply chain stakeholders, and external technology partners.

Qualifications
Relevant professional qualifications or certifications in Enterprise Architecture or related fields are desirable but not mandatory. The key requirement is demonstrated expertise and a strong track record in architecture leadership within complex transformation environments.
