The estimated range for this role is $75,000 to $100,000. Actual compensation may vary based on related work experience, location, market conditions, education/training, certifications, credentials, skills, and demonstrated proficiency for the role. Compensation is reviewed at least annually and adjusted throughout the year to recognize position advancement, responsibilities, and licensure and/or certification.

Haley Ward, Inc. is seeking an Environmental Project Manager to lead and manage environmental projects and client relationships in the Bangor, Maine area. This role involves overseeing technical staff including engineers, scientists, technicians, and designers, managing project permitting and compliance, and developing scopes, schedules, and budgets. Responsibilities include Phase I and II ESAs, NEPA compliance, natural resource management, stormwater, wastewater, groundwater, and solid waste projects. The role also includes business development duties such as identifying new opportunities, cultivating professional relationships, growing the client base, and promoting positive client relations to secure repeat business. Experience
Minimum of 10 years of related industry and project management experience is desired. Proven ability to plan, organize, supervise, and coordinate projects effectively. Experience managing environmental permitting and compliance projects is essential.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or related field. Knowledge of relevant environmental principles and practices. Demonstrated capacity to develop scopes, schedules, budgets, and monitor financial performance of projects. Ability to review and execute project contracts.
