About the Role
Love being outdoors, getting stuck in, and making your community shine? As an Estate Services Caretaker, you’ll be the friendly face residents see every day—keeping communal areas clean, safe, and welcoming. Whether it’s swapping a lightbulb, clearing litter, or just saying hello with a smile, you’ll be making a real impact where it matters most. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. You’ll be out and about across our estates, working independently but always backed by a supportive team. And yes—there’s a company van with your name on it.

What you’ll do:
- Carry out cleaning and caretaking duties across communal areas
- Perform lighting checks and replace bulbs as needed
- Keep bin stores tidy and safe
- Use powered equipment to keep things spotless
- Be a visible, helpful presence for residents and visitors
- Work closely with your team to keep everything running smoothly
