About the Role
Be part of something exciting as an Estate Services Caretaker at Signet Square, a key part of the vibrant Brentford Project — a new residential quarter reconnecting the high street with the waterfront. This role offers the chance to work in a buzzing community featuring cafés, riverside walks, entertainment, and more. You will be the friendly, visible presence residents rely on to keep communal areas clean, safe, and welcoming. Your duties will include caretaking and cleaning communal spaces, performing lighting checks and replacing bulbs, maintaining tidy and safe bin stores, and using powered equipment to ensure everything is spotless. Working closely with your team, you will help keep the neighbourhood running smoothly and looking its best every day.

Requirements

Experience
Previous experience in caretaking or cleaning is required.

About you
You should have confidence using powered equipment, a friendly and can-do attitude, and take pride in your work. Physical fitness is important as this is a site-based role requiring the use of cleaning equipment.

Qualifications
A Basic DBS check is required (assistance will be provided to obtain this). No other formal qualifications are specified.
