About the Role
United Colleges Group (UCG) is seeking an experienced Estates Projects Manager to join our Estates Management Team. You will oversee a variety of estates change projects including planning and managing space moves, consulting on capital works, and leading the project management of estates capital projects. Your responsibilities will include ensuring projects are delivered within financial guidelines, securing and administering capital funding, and coordinating with finance colleagues to minimize cashflow impacts.

You will play a key role in supporting the development of a new campus, leading on furniture, fittings and equipment (FFE) fit-outs, and collaborating with the Development team on stakeholder consultations. Your expertise will ensure compliance with statutory obligations, delivery of minor improvement projects, and close collaboration with colleagues to enhance resilience and align services with the expectations of staff and students.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive professional to make a significant impact across the College's estates portfolio. The role requires flexibility to work during academic holidays to deliver projects outside of term time.

Experience
- Proven knowledge and experience in building management or capital works projects
- Understanding of public sector financial guidelines
- Experience managing budgets and delivering projects within financial constraints
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external partners

Qualifications
