About the Role
The Public Sector & Strategic Sector within the Amazon Business organization is seeking an Executive Assistant to support two Directors based in London and Luxembourg. This role goes beyond traditional EA responsibilities such as calendar and inbox management. We are looking for a proactive, curious partner who continuously seeks smarter ways to work, including leveraging GenAI to eliminate manual, repetitive tasks. You will expertly manage complex, dynamic calendars across time zones, coordinate high-stakes meetings, handle domestic and international travel, and plan team events. You will also drive continuous improvement by designing and implementing new processes and tracking systems to enhance team effectiveness. A day in the life
Manage complex calendars for two leaders with distinct yet interdependent portfolios, protect focus time, sequence meetings strategically, and resolve scheduling conflicts with sound judgment. Coordinate travel and expense reports, oversee team space planning, anticipate needs, handle urgent requests calmly, and collaborate across teams. Use GenAI tools to improve manual processes and support team mechanisms including xBRs and All-Teams.
About the Team
AB EU B's mission is to facilitate tactical and strategic thinking among Amazon Business Sales, Product, and Retail organizations by providing seamless access to key data points. This is achieved through continuous development of a self-service BI platform, providing standard reports and interactive dashboards, and conducting analytical studies with actionable recommendations.
Experience
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership
- Managing multiple complex calendars and organizing events of all sizes
- Coordinating domestic and international travel
- Handling confidential information with professionalism
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities
- Experience prioritizing and managing multiple assignments while meeting deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint)

Qualifications
- Experience leading process improvements is preferred
