About the Role
As an Executive Assistant supporting four Directors in our International business unit – Chief People Officer, Chief Information Officer, Chief Performance Officer and Head of Legal, UK & Europe – you will play a key role in managing priorities, juggling multiple stakeholders, and building strong relationships quickly. This is a high-functioning EA role requiring confidence and excellent organizational skills.
Your responsibilities will include diary management for the Directors, liaising with other EAs and colleagues to ensure effective time management, booking travel and accommodation, organizing expenses and processing claims via Concur, coordinating internal and external meetings including room bookings and catering, and managing logistics for small and larger events such as team breakfasts, department days, and company-wide gatherings.
You will act as liaison with the travel management company, handling travel profiles, billing, invoices, and resolving queries. Additionally, you will process purchases and invoices, set up new suppliers on the OneTrust system, reconcile department credit cards, and support the legal team with annual registrations and training fund account management.
Experience
Proven experience supporting senior leaders, managing complex diaries, expenses, and travel arrangements with confidence.
