About the Role
This is a high-profile Executive Assistant role supporting a small group of senior bankers within one of the Investment Banking division's busiest and highest revenue-generating teams. The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact and trusted right hand to senior bankers, managing day-to-day priorities and providing seamless administrative, logistical and organisational support. Responsibilities include managing complex, high-volume calendars, scheduling and rearranging meetings across multiple time zones, arranging extensive domestic and international travel with detailed itineraries, and handling expense, invoice and reimbursement processing in line with firm policies. The role requires maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive client, deal or firm information. Additional duties include supporting team administration, liaising with internal departments such as Finance, HR, Compliance, IT, Legal and Business Management, providing general office support, covering for other assistants during absences or peak periods, handling telephone duties, and acting as a first point of contact for senior leaders, clients and colleagues with professionalism and sound judgement.

Experience
Proven experience providing executive support to senior bankers at Managing Director level or equivalent within an Investment Banking or financial services front-office environment is essential. Demonstrated ability to support in a demanding, high-revenue, fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to accommodate the demands of a busy deal team, including occasional availability outside standard hours. Fluency in additional European languages, such as Italian, is advantageous but not essential.
Qualifications
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, Excel and Word) is required. Familiarity with expense and travel systems is an advantage.
