About the Role
We are looking for an Executive Office Assistant to join our Executive Office team on a full-time permanent contract. This role provides high-level, proactive administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer and the wider Executive Leadership Team (ELT). Operating at the heart of the Southbank Centre, the position requires exceptional discretion, sophisticated communication skills, and the ability to navigate a complex, high-profile environment with professional poise.

Key responsibilities include managing the CEO's diary in close collaboration with the Head of the CEO’s Office to prioritise time effectively against organisational objectives; providing administrative and scheduling assistance to the Chief Operating Officer, Finance Director, and the Board of Governors as required; coordinating comprehensive end-to-end travel arrangements for the CEO and COO, including itineraries, visa applications, and briefing documents; acting as the primary point of contact for the Executive Office by professionally greeting visitors and managing catering requirements; and assisting in the delivery of internal and external Executive Office events, managing venue protocols, catering, technical production, and on-site logistics.

Requirements

Experience
Proven ability to create and maintain effective administrative procedures and systems. Experience working in a fast-paced environment supporting senior executives is highly desirable.

A team player with excellent communication skills, able to establish good working relationships at all levels. Demonstrates tact, diplomacy, and discretion when handling sensitive information.
