About the Role
Amazon MGM Studios is the movies and television development, production, and distribution arm of Amazon, dedicated to producing original content for Prime Video customers. We are seeking a senior Executive Support / Program Manager to join the newly established Theatrical Marketing department. This role requires an experienced partner who can drive operational excellence while supporting a key executive. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong business acumen, discretion, leadership capabilities, and the ability to influence multiple stakeholder groups. Responsibilities span from administrative duties to managing strategic initiatives such as conventions and conference coordination. Key responsibilities include proactive calendar management, complex travel arrangements, confidential meeting scheduling, and document handling. The role also involves building strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, designing and implementing operational processes, overseeing high-profile events, and supporting onboarding programs for senior leaders and new team members. Additionally, the role supports cross-functional integration, cultural alignment, team building, workflow establishment, training coordination, and tracking departmental metrics to ensure effective scaling and communication within the theatrical marketing operations.
Experience
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (including Pivot Tables and VLookUps) and SQL
- Proven experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience in program or project management
- Experience supporting senior-level leadership
- Experience handling confidential information with professionalism
- Executive-level calendar management experience
