- Are solutions oriented, highly organised, and calm under pressure
- Know how to speak both client and production, acting as the connective tissue between the two

Depending on Your Level, You Might Be:
Account Executive (1–2 yrs exp)

You’re the day-to-day client lead and internal driver. You manage timelines, scopes, and production alignment. You think two steps ahead and can pivot quickly with grace.
Account Director / Sr. Account Director (6+ yrs exp)
You lead accounts and client relationships at a strategic level. You guide teams, own budgets, solve problems fast, and help shape the client’s vision into a winning experience. You’re as comfortable in a boardroom as you are on-site.

- Work closely with internal producers, creative, strategy, and operations teams
- Translate client goals into clear internal direction
