Our product range includes the very best brands across thermal, acoustic, and fire protection insulation products, ensuring the widest choice and best value.

We are experiencing significant growth and are seeking an External Sales Representative focused on our Merchant business to strengthen the sales team. In this role, you will build and manage your own customer base by dealing directly with merchants and help grow company sales.

Key duties and responsibilities include:
- Building existing customer relationships to improve satisfaction, retention, and cross sales
- Growing new business by engaging with decision makers within the construction industry
- Delivering updates via CRM (training provided), attending monthly team meetings, and preparing reports as required
- Networking at supplier and industry events to promote the brand
- Building a strong network of industry and sector partners to support business growth and retention
- Preparing customer proposals and solutions with clear costings and evaluations
- Achieving sales KPIs set by management
- Working collaboratively with the wider sales team, customer operations, and logistics

Experience
Extensive experience in a sales or technical role is desirable. Ideally some experience in construction and/or building materials.
