About the Role
Join our team of skilled therapists who are passionate about delivering exceptional service. In this role, you will provide expert beauty treatments and professional advice to our customers, ensuring they enjoy the best possible in-store experience. We work with some of the most trusted and professional beauty brands in the industry, including Beauty by Ellie, Lash Perfect & Studex, helping us deliver the very best professional service to our customers.
You will be offering the following treatments: Threading, Tinting, Facial & Brow waxing, Cluster Lash extensions, and ear piercing.
We provide in-house professional training in Threading, Tinting, Waxing, Piercing, and Lash extensions.

Experience
Minimum of 1 year professional experience in threading or relevant threading certification.

About you
Passionate and professional with a genuine desire to exceed customer expectations through exceptional service. Confident in engaging with customers, recommending treatments, and upselling products and services. Enthusiastic about beauty trends and techniques.

Qualifications
Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Beauty Therapy and/or relevant threading certification.
