About the Role
Joining NELFT North East London Foundation Trust means becoming part of an organisation that values a thorough and supportive induction process. All new starters join on the first Monday of each month and undertake a comprehensive induction lasting up to two weeks. This induction includes mandatory training, systems training, and allocation of equipment. New starters will also have the opportunity to meet the executive team, senior managers, and attend drop-in sessions focused on engagement, health and wellbeing, and key processes. The induction takes place at the Trust's head office in Goodmayes, Essex.

This post is subject to a probationary period, except for internal applicants who are exempt unless currently undergoing probation or are bank staff.
