Week 1 - 6.45am to 2.30pm
Week 2 - 1.30pm to 9.30pm
Week 3 - 9am to 4.00pm

About the Role
Our multi-award-winning organisation is seeking a Female Care and Support Worker to join our Retirement Living Service. This pivotal role involves delivering care services to excellent standards, supporting residents to live meaningful lives and feel involved within their community. The position operates on a rota basis which may include evening and weekend shifts.
As a Care and Support Worker, you will assist residents with personal care, meal preparation, and domestic tasks. You will implement and monitor care and support plans tailored to meet the individual needs of a diverse group of tenants. Additionally, you will contribute to building community spirit by participating in, encouraging, enabling, and facilitating social events that meet the needs of the residents.
Experience
Previous experience within a care or health setting is desirable.
About you
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
Ability to work shifts including evenings and weekends.
Committed to providing high-quality care and support to residents.
Qualifications
NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care is desirable but not essential.
