37.5 hours per week | 9.00am - 5.30pm | Hybrid working available depending on role responsibilities with 2 days working from home and 3 days in our modern office close to East Croydon Station.

About the Role
Join Superdrug Head Office and make a real difference every day! This role sits within the Commercial Finance team and supports the financial performance of Warehouse & Distribution. Reporting to the Senior Finance Analyst (Distribution), you will work closely with operations teams and Supply Chain stakeholders to provide accurate reporting, analysis, and insight that supports decision-making.
A typical day includes:
- Supporting month-end processes for Warehouse & Distribution, including cost tracking and reconciliations
- Collaborating with Warehouse, DC and Transport teams to review weekly costs, explain movements and support day-to-day decision-making
- Assisting in the preparation of balance sheet reconciliations
- Supporting fleet-related accounting and lease reporting, as well as contract spend analysis to help track performance against plan
- Providing ad hoc analysis and insight for senior stakeholders across Supply Chain and Finance to help the business understand performance and identify opportunities.

Experience
Some experience in finance, reporting or analysis, ideally in a commercial or operational environment. Experience working with operational stakeholders, contract spend analysis, or lease and fleet-related costs is helpful but not essential.

You are good at building relationships with both finance and non-finance colleagues. You can manage competing priorities and stay organised when deadlines are tight. You communicate clearly and confidently with a range of stakeholders.

Qualifications
A working knowledge of Excel and comfort handling and analysing data is essential. You should be working towards a financial professional qualification such as CIMA, ACCA or ACA. Excellent attention to detail, a can-do attitude, strong organisational skills, and time management are required.
