As a Finance and Business Management Project Manager - Associate within Finance in the Corporate & Investment Bank, you will manage a broad portfolio of initiatives—from multi-year programs such as strategic system replacements, new product launches, and branch buildouts, to ongoing process improvements. You will support objectives including defining and translating Finance requirements by partnering with subject matter experts, building strong cross-functional partnerships, and leading delivery end-to-end across testing and implementation to ensure accurate and timely solutions.
Key responsibilities include eliciting, documenting, and translating Finance business requirements into functional specifications; developing and reviewing end-to-end operating models; defining requirements for controlled reference data migration and setup of legal entities and product system feeds; partnering with Program Test Managers to create test strategies and plans; coordinating project and migration activities; supporting training delivery; identifying and managing risks; maintaining documentation; and managing and coaching junior business analysts.
Experience
Demonstrates solid understanding of Finance functions, end-to-end processes, and how Finance requirements translate into technology and platform outcomes. Applies working knowledge of regional Finance operating models and key process flows, including governance and stakeholder touchpoints. Practical project lifecycle experience including planning, governance, controls, RAID management, and status reporting. Proven business analysis skills such as requirements gathering, documentation, operating model and process analysis, and translating needs into clear deliverables. Experience building relationships and influencing across Finance, Operations, and Technology in a matrixed environment. Produces clear written updates and executive-ready status reports, and facilitates meetings effectively. Identifies, assesses, and mitigates risks and issues with a control-minded approach. Applies Finance and accounting acumen, including a controller’s mindset and awareness of financial reporting impacts and controls. Supports test strategy, UAT coordination, defect triage, and cutover readiness.

Qualifications
Preferred qualifications include an accounting or project management certification. Awareness of line-of-business systems, middle-office operations, and adjacent products/solutions (e.g., iDDA, Cash Management) is advantageous. Data and systems literacy, including understanding data flows, reference data, reconciliations, and basic SQL/Excel skills where relevant, is beneficial. Experience contributing to change management activities such as training support, communications, and adoption tracking is a plus.
