About the Role
Join Theia Insights as a Graduate Analyst in the Finance & Operations team, working directly with the Finance & Operations Manager. This role sits at the heart of the business, covering finance, people operations, KPIs, legal matters, and all the essential functions that keep a fast-growing startup running smoothly. You will have real ownership from day one and gain a front-row seat to the company’s journey from Series A onwards.

Your responsibilities will include managing the company’s finances such as cash flow, invoicing, and monthly close processes, as well as tracking and managing key performance indicators. You will identify inefficiencies and implement improvements using AI and automation across sales, product, and other areas. Additionally, you will help maintain and optimize the CRM system, supporting the sales team with automations and data hygiene. You will also support legal and compliance workflows end-to-end and work closely with the founders from your first day.

Experience
Recent graduate with a startup mindset, curious and eager to learn quickly.

Qualifications
