About the Role
As a Finance Business Partner at Janus Henderson, you will play a pivotal role in aligning the overall business strategy with the CFO strategy, providing financial insights and guidance to support decision-making across the Technology and Investments COO functions. You will strategically partner with Technology and Investments COO leadership teams, including up to ExCo level, to support key stakeholders through expense reporting and insightful analysis aimed at driving firm-wide efficiencies and optimizing the cost base over a multi-year horizon. You will provide critical finance support on business-led projects, including the multi-year AI transformation program, encompassing buy/build analysis, benefit tracking, efficiency optimization, and process redesign. You will be responsible for end-to-end budgeting and forecasting, highlighting key risks and opportunities to budgets and scorecards as part of the reporting process. Additionally, you will support ad-hoc team work, ensure finance processes operate effectively and efficiently, and make recommendations for continuous improvement. Experience
Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, or ACCA) with 3-5 years post-qualification experience
Proven finance business partnering experience at ExCo level managing a large cost base
Advanced competency in Microsoft Excel and proficiency with Microsoft Outlook tools
Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage and interpret large data sets

Qualifications
ACA, CIMA, or ACCA qualified accountant
