About the Role
The Almeida Theatre is seeking a Finance Officer to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis. The Finance Officer will be responsible for inputting all financial data at an initial stage, processing payroll, managing the purchase ledger, recording sales, and maintaining financial systems. This role offers the opportunity to gain a broad understanding of the Almeida Theatre and Bar operations, working closely with all departments from marketing to stage management. The successful candidate will need a keen eye for detail, a conscientious approach to their work, and strong communication skills to effectively access and manage financial information. They will also be expected to apply rigorous financial controls within a fast-moving, creative environment.

Experience
Experience in financial data entry, payroll processing, purchase ledger management, and sales recording is essential. Previous experience working within a busy finance team or creative environment is advantageous.

Qualifications
