About the Role
Shape the future of finance technology at Euromonitor International, a global leader in market research, data analytics and consumer insights. As a Finance Product Manager, you will own and evolve the finance technology landscape supporting our global Finance teams. This highly visible role involves influencing the direction of finance systems, driving transformation initiatives, and partnering with senior stakeholders to improve Finance operations across the business.

You will be responsible for owning the finance systems roadmap and acting as the bridge between Finance, Technology, and external partners to ensure solutions support a growing global business. Key responsibilities include defining and managing the finance systems roadmap aligned to business priorities, driving improvements across finance processes, controls, reporting and data quality, leading delivery of finance technology initiatives from discovery through implementation, and acting as the product owner for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and associated finance applications.

Additional duties include ensuring finance systems remain stable, supported and fit for purpose, identifying opportunities for automation, AI adoption and operational efficiencies, managing relationships with external vendors and technology partners, working closely with Finance leadership to prioritise change and investment decisions, supporting adoption through user engagement, training and change management activities, and ensuring systems remain compliant with governance, security and regulatory requirements.

Experience
- Strong experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
- Experience owning, managing or enhancing finance technology products or platforms
- Solid understanding of core finance processes such as Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash
- Experience delivering finance transformation, systems implementation or process improvement initiatives
- Ability to engage confidently with senior Finance stakeholders and translate business requirements into solutions
- Experience working with third-party vendors, implementation partners or managed service providers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities

About you
- Passionate about finance process improvement, automation and delivering real business value through technology
- Confident working in a global or multinational organisation environment (desirable)
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and product management practices (desirable)
- Exposure to AI-enabled finance solutions, automation or intelligent workflows (nice to have)

Qualifications
Relevant professional qualifications or certifications in finance, technology or product management are advantageous but not mandatory.
