As a Finance Systems Manager within our FP&A team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our finance systems landscape. Reporting to the Director of FP&A, you will lead the ongoing development and optimisation of our revenue planning capabilities within Workday Adaptive Planning, ensuring strong alignment between bookings, ARR and revenue forecasting.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on finance systems professional who enjoys solving complex challenges, driving finance transformation and partnering with stakeholders across the business to deliver scalable, data-driven planning solutions. You will influence how financial planning is delivered across Civica, helping to improve efficiency, accuracy and decision-making at scale.

Experience
Proven experience managing and developing Workday Adaptive Planning or a similar enterprise planning and forecasting platform.
Track record of leading finance systems implementations, enhancements, or transformation programmes involving multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
Strong financial modelling, forecasting and advanced Excel skills, with a solid understanding of finance planning processes.
Excellent data management and governance capabilities, ensuring accuracy, integrity and consistency across systems.
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and provide trusted advice on delivery, governance, risk and continuous improvement opportunities.
Proactive, hands-on problem solver with excellent communication skills and a passion for driving process optimisation and finance transformation.

Qualifications
CIMA, ACCA or equivalent professional qualification is desirable but not essential.
Experience within a SaaS or subscription-based business is advantageous.
Understanding of ARR, bookings, renewals, churn and revenue forecasting concepts is beneficial.
Experience supporting finance systems architecture, integrations or broader finance transformation initiatives is a plus.
