About the Role
This is an opportunity for an enthusiastic, communicative and reliable applicant to join the team of Front of House Assistants and help make V&A East’s vision a reality. V&A East Storehouse is a radical reimagining of the museum archive, making the V&A’s collections accessible through immersive interactive experiences. The building also houses the David Bowie Centre for Performing Arts. As a Front of House Assistant, you will play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of visitor experience and safety across the building. You will embody the V&A’s core values to ensure visitors and diverse audiences feel welcome and engaged. Your role will be essential in shaping how V&A East establishes and continues to build its identity as a leading cultural hub. This position focuses on both visitor experience and daytime front of house security awareness. We provide excellent training and career-enhancing opportunities to equip you with valuable skills. Experience
Previous experience in visitor-facing roles or front of house positions is desirable but not essential. Enthusiasm and reliability are key.
