About the Role
Lee Marley Group are seeking a Foundation Apprentice – Onsite Trades to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to earn while you learn, gaining valuable hands-on experience on live construction sites while working towards a recognised Foundation Apprenticeship.

You will work alongside experienced tradespeople and site supervisors, gaining practical experience across a variety of construction activities including brickwork, carpentry, plastering, and scaffolding. Additionally, you will attend structured training at the academy to develop both your practical skills and industry knowledge.

Key responsibilities include assisting qualified tradespeople, preparing and maintaining safe work areas, handling materials and equipment, following all site Health & Safety procedures, and participating in regular reviews with tutors and site mentors. This role offers ongoing support and mentoring, helping you build a strong foundation for a long-term career in construction.

Experience
No previous experience required, though any construction or practical work experience is advantageous.

Qualifications
- Desired but not essential: GCSEs or equivalent in Maths and English
- Basic understanding of workplace Health & Safety is beneficial
- Any relevant construction or site experience is a plus
