About the Role
IMMEDIATE START Lead the planning and execution of brand activations across key international markets, with a strong focus on the U.S. This role is responsible for in-real-life experiences including retail moments, pop ups, fashion events, influencer initiatives, and cultural campaigns that drive brand awareness, social engagement, and sales. The ideal candidate has a strong fashion background targeting Gen Z consumers and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will translate brand strategy into impactful consumer experiences while ensuring all activations remain on-brand and within budget.
Key responsibilities include managing activation timelines, budgets, production schedules, and vendor relationships with external companies; leading end-to-end delivery of campaigns, pop ups, retail activations, experimental events, and influencer partnerships; adapting global concepts for regional relevance; collaborating globally with Heads of Brands, social, PR, E-commerce, and Merchandising/trading teams to ensure integrated execution; negotiating contracts and managing external partners to meet objectives and budgets; maintaining a network of contacts/agencies/freelancers for multiple projects; tracking KPIs such as brand engagement, earned media, social reach, on-site traffic, and ROI; delivering post-campaign analysis and recommendations; and monitoring industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging cultural opportunities.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in brand activations, experimental marketing, events, or partnerships within fashion or lifestyle Gen Z brands.
- Proven experience managing international campaigns and events.
- Strong project management and budget management skills.
- Experience working with agencies, production partners, and creative teams.
