About the Role
Methods Business and Digital Technology is seeking a Front of House Coordinator to join our London headquarters immediately. Reporting to the Office Manager, you will be the welcoming face of the company, managing guest experience and supporting smooth office operations. This role is ideal for a driven Administrator or Receptionist looking to establish or grow their career in a corporate environment, with exposure to Facilities Management and Compliance.
You will be responsible for reception duties, managing visitor security, raising purchase orders via Salesforce, organising company events, maintaining meeting rooms, managing catering and supplies, answering calls professionally, facilitating office tours and inductions, and acting as a trained fire marshal and first aider.

Accountability & Responsibilities
- Cover reception hours to meet security standards and track visits
- Provide absence cover for the Office Manager during leave and lunch breaks
- Raise and track purchase orders using Salesforce
- Create travel and accommodation accounts for colleagues
- Assist with organising and running company events
- Set up and maintain meeting rooms
- Manage catering orders and purchase requests
- Ensure all calls are answered promptly and professionally
- Facilitate office tours and new colleague inductions
- Act as a fire marshal and first aider after training
- Receive and store deliveries appropriately
- Maintain and refill coffee machine
- Manage shared inboxes and issue visitor/colleague badges
Training Provided
Salesforce CRM, Health and Safety, Fire Safety, First Aid, and additional training as required.
Experience
Graduate level education preferred. Previous experience in administration, reception, or a similar role is advantageous but not essential.

Qualifications
This role requires you to have or be willing to undergo Security Clearance. Candidates will complete a Baseline Personnel Security Standard check as part of onboarding. Failure to meet clearance requirements may delay or prevent employment. Details will be discussed during the interview process.
