We are seeking engaging individuals to join our operations teams as Member Experience Hosts, delivering exceptional experiences for our members and their visitors across our London locations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Warmly welcoming all visitors in person or on the phone, answering or referring enquiries
- Creating a culture that energises and empowers people to do their best work
- Facilitating member requests such as meeting room reservations, catering, postage, parcel and courier arrangements, ensuring services are charged appropriately
- Delivering a smooth experience for internal and external meeting room guests, including hosting, ordering and serving catering, preparing tea and coffee, assisting with tech requirements, and refreshing rooms
- Conducting regular building walks to maintain front and back of house areas at the highest standards, checking cleanliness, visual standards, maintenance, and health & safety issues
- Ensuring all communal spaces and meeting rooms are set up and operational
- Raising and managing troubleshooting tickets via IT Helpdesk for IT issues and Freshdesk for maintenance and cleaning, keeping members updated throughout
This role offers a dynamic work environment where no two days are the same, ranging from setting up large meetings and catering to conducting fire alarm tests and solving IT issues.
Experience
A minimum of 1 year’s experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service.
