Location
London (across 4 venues in the city): The Design Museum (W8 6AG), IWM London (SE1 6HZ), HMS Belfast (SE1 2JH), Churchill War Rooms (SW1A 2AQ).

Hours
Zero-hour contract with flexible shifts across venues operating 7 days a week. Weekend and evening work is required. Shifts vary Monday to Sunday and hours depend on business needs.

Salary
£14.80 per hour

About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic Front of House Staff to join our busy catering teams at London venues on a flexible, casual basis. You will be part of a friendly, hard-working group focused on delivering exceptional customer service to visitors. Responsibilities include basic food production and preparation, customer service, supporting catering operations, and ensuring compliance with Health and Food Safety regulations. You will welcome guests, serve food and drinks, operate the till system, serve coffees and cocktails, and assist with evening events. Our venues are key visitor attractions that regularly host events, transforming spaces to meet client needs, with catering offerings ranging from restaurants to cafes.

Experience
Experience as a Barista and with cocktails is desirable due to the nature of events hosted, but not essential.
