Under the leadership of CEO Hannah Colman and Creative Director Sandra Choi, Jimmy Choo aims to be one of the world’s most treasured luxury brands with over 200 stores globally and presence in prestigious department and specialty stores. As a Sales Assistant within the handbag concession, you will provide exceptional customer service that surpasses expectations by following the Jimmy Choo Selling Ceremony. You will embody the glamorous, luxury lifestyle image of the brand through your attitude, grooming, dress code, and behaviour. Developing detailed product knowledge including construction, materials, care, and design will enable you to deliver knowledgeable service. You will build and maintain your own client database to encourage repeat visits and customer loyalty. Your role will also include resolving customer complaints promptly, replenishing stock, maintaining stock controls and accuracy, supporting stock takes, attending store meetings and training, representing Jimmy Choo at promotional events, and ensuring merchandise presentation meets visual merchandising standards. You will contribute ideas to improve concession performance, strive to achieve key performance indicators, comply with company and host store policies, communicate health and safety issues, and support store management with back of house and administrative tasks. Flexibility to assist with ad-hoc duties is essential to the smooth running of the concession.

Experience
- Proven success as a sales consultant within a luxury brand
- Demonstrable sales skills
- Knowledge and understanding of the luxury market, customer service, and fashion
- Ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities effectively
