About the Role

Our First Mile team is building the next $1bn initiative, changing how we interact with customers globally and solving major logistical challenges across the industry.
As FTC Program Manager, you will lead operational programs for Amazon Shipping, partnering with AMZL/ATS operations and business teams to drive performance improvements and operational excellence. You will manage complex cross-functional programs with a hands-on approach, strong program management, and analytical skills. This role involves ownership of launch, implementation, and scale-up of new initiatives before transitioning them to business-as-usual operations.
You will be part of the core team managing Amazon Shipping operations across all supply chain legs (first mile, middle mile, last mile), leading the development of operational products to deliver a world-class customer experience, and designing new operating solutions to meet strategic targets in service, growth, and cost.
This position requires strong leadership, operational mindset, and the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and diverse teams across the organization. You will monitor key performance indicators, own readiness documentation, and partner with commercial and customer support teams to enhance processes and performance.

Qualifications
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas)
- Strong presentation skills
- Preferred: knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
- Preferred: experience with MS Access and SQL
- Preferred: experience in requirement gathering and writing clear, detailed requirement documents
