About the Role
As a Fulfillment Execution Specialist, you will be on the front lines of technology fulfillment for new Amazon sites, ensuring every order is placed, tracked, and delivered so new facilities open complete and on schedule. You will support the technology supply chain for new site launches across Europe, focusing on execution: processing orders accurately, tracking shipments in real time, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring inventory is in place before construction teams require it. Working within a team of specialists, you will contribute directly to on-time, in-full delivery for every launch in your portfolio. The role is fast-paced, detail-oriented, and critical to meeting promised go-live dates.

Your daily activities will include reviewing open order queues, confirming submissions, verifying delivery dates, following up with suppliers, updating delivery trackers, reconciling inventory data, generating status reports, and collaborating with project leads to escalate and resolve issues. The Technology Fulfillment Services Execution team delivers the technology infrastructure powering Amazon's operations network, managing dozens of concurrent site launches annually. You will be part of a close-knit group focused on execution excellence and continuous process improvement.

Experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL
- Experience in program or project management
- Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
- Experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
- Experience in supply chain management
- Experience defining program requirements and using data to drive improvements
