About the Role

As a Sales Assistant, you will consistently deliver exceptional service by welcoming clients warmly, guiding them to products, and understanding their needs to ensure a positive shopping experience. You will efficiently manage stock through pair checking, organising the stockroom, and maintaining consistent standards to ensure smooth operations. Maintaining a tidy and replenished shop floor while upholding store standards will be key. You will support your management team by working towards individual and team sales targets and provide details of Kurt Geiger loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement. Additionally, you will assist in preparing and planning promotional activities and be a role model for the brand by adhering to uniform standards (all black, unbranded, and reflective of the brand). Regular participation in training activities will help you become a confident brand ambassador.

Experience
Strong communication skills and an understanding of excellent customer service are essential.
