About the Role
Join an early-stage, high-impact AI startup that is redefining business automation by delivering fully autonomous pipelines that directly generate revenue for clients ranging from fast-growing startups to Fortune 500 enterprises. With strong product-market fit and consistent growth, you will be part of a tight-knit, elite engineering team where every line of code drives revenue and shapes foundational systems from the ground up. This role requires full on-site presence to maintain a high-engagement, collaborative culture in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include owning complex technical problems end-to-end, building next-generation calling and dialer infrastructure powered by autonomous AI agents, developing high-throughput AI inbound SDR systems, creating closed-loop intelligence layers for real-time insights and campaign optimization, engineering advanced prospecting engines with custom web scraping and AI-driven qualification pipelines, and optimizing a modern tech stack featuring TypeScript, React, Next.js, AWS, OpenSearch, Trigger.dev, ClickHouse, and Datadog.
Experience
- Proven software engineering experience at a globally recognized, high-caliber technology organization (e.g., FAANG, Bloomberg, Stripe, Shopify, Revolut, Datadog, or equivalent) is strictly required.
- Prior experience in a fast-growing startup or highly agile team (<20 people, such as YC-backed companies), demonstrating versatility and delivering high-impact code.
- Minimum 3+ years of professional software engineering experience for mid-level candidates, 6+ years for senior-level candidates.
About you
- Deep expertise in full-stack web development with strong production experience in TypeScript and React (Next.js highly preferred).
- Exceptional computer science fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, and performance trade-offs.
- Proven ability to design complete end-to-end systems from scratch with systems-level thinking.
- Practical experience building AI/LLM-powered applications, autonomous agents, RAG systems, or advanced LLM features.
- Must be currently based in London or fully willing to relocate and committed to working on-site five days a week.
Qualifications
- Computer Science degree or equivalent from a top-tier university or demonstrable equivalent experience.
- Strong architectural and system design skills.
- Experience working with modern cloud infrastructure and monitoring tools.
