Our platform is built on a proven C# and .NET foundation, with new frontier AI capabilities developed in TypeScript. This role offers the unique challenge of working across both stacks, knowing when to use each tool, and maintaining system coherence as our product evolves.

As a Fullstack Software Engineer, you will identify the right problems to solve across a dual-stack backend, implement microfrontend web applications in React and TypeScript, and take end-to-end ownership of features from design through production. You will work closely with the product team and customers to understand problems worth solving and build scalable, event-driven architectures using AWS managed services.

You will also leverage AI coding agents to accelerate delivery and help shape how we build software, focusing on removing repetitive tasks and tightening feedback loops to concentrate on the most valuable problems.

Experience
- Strong background in TypeScript and C# with experience building modern, production-grade APIs and distributed systems.
- Proven experience with asynchronous, event-driven architecture and hands-on familiarity with AWS managed services including ECS/Fargate, Lambda, SQS, DynamoDB, and DocumentDB.
- Real-world experience with AI coding agents and informed opinions on their benefits and limitations.
- Experience experimenting with agentic AI to improve software delivery lifecycle and product experiences.
