About the Role
As part of our FX Services Franchise, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and developing innovative client services that drive business success and regulatory excellence. In the Currency Overlay team, you will manage client relationships and oversee the daily operations of our hedging services for EMEA, NA, and APAC clients. Your responsibilities include executing client queries, analyzing portfolios, and collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery. You will maintain high standards, support new client onboarding, and drive strategic solutions for ongoing and future business needs. Key duties include excellent client service and relationship management, resolution of client queries and requests on a daily and ad-hoc basis, oversight of client portfolios including pre-trade and post-trade analysis and trade capture, and interaction with Fund Accountants, Transfer Agencies, Custodians, and Prime Brokers. You will also resolve issues, implement key controls, ensure client static data accuracy in partnership with Client Onboarding, and support the business by understanding multiple bespoke client programs.
Experience
- Solid level of derivatives product knowledge and understanding of CIB Risk and/or Middle Office systems
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate bespoke client models, operational processes, and potential model re-engineering
- Experience in CIB Markets Business Middle Office, Technology, or Risk Management is preferred
- Client facing experience demonstrating confidence and professionalism in dealing with clients is preferred
About you
- Strong MS Office skills, predominantly Excel, Access, and PowerPoint, with the ability to use web-based technology effectively
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to build relationships with senior business stakeholders and clients
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities, accept new assignments, and maintain high standards
- Ability to be flexible, work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, multitask, and prioritize workloads
- Ability to act independently and autonomously to drive internal decision-making processes
- Excellent and efficient time management skills to prioritize and manage workloads alongside delivering wider business initiatives
