Experience
Minimum of one year hospitality experience within a professional services firm or a 5-star hotel front of house role.

Brilliant communication skills and a strong customer focus. Highly organised with the ability to adapt to last-minute changes. Willingness to travel across London to different sites. Positive attitude with the ability to build rapport quickly with a variety of people. Able to stay calm under pressure with excellent attention to detail. Reliable and flexible to cover shift work and occasional evening events.
