Job Responsibilities
Execute cash equities trades across EMEA markets. Monitor market activity and identify trading opportunities. Manage risk and ensure compliance with firm policies. Collaborate with sales and trading teams to optimize client outcomes. Analyze market trends and provide actionable insights. Support the team in daily operations and process improvements. Maintain accurate trade records and documentation. Participate in projects to enhance trading platforms and workflows. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Contribute to a positive, inclusive team culture. Demonstrate adaptability in a dynamic trading environment.

Experience
Internship or prior experience in equities trading or financial services is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Math, or a related field. Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling. Experience with trading platforms and market data tools preferred. Advanced Excel or programming skills (e.g., Python, VBA) are beneficial.

Regulatory Requirements
This role encompasses the performance of UK regulated activity. The successful candidate will be subject to meeting UK regulatory requirements in the assessment of fitness, propriety, knowledge and competence (as assessed by the Firm) and (where appropriate) approval by the UK Financial Conduct Authority and/or the Prudential Regulation Authority to carry out such activities.
