As a Global Product Marketing Executive within the Product Development function, you will join the Product Marketing team that shapes the brand's innovation strategy by delivering essential market, consumer, and portfolio insights. With a consumer-first approach, you will partner with NPD, Packaging & Artistry teams to create tomorrow's viral sensations and market breakthroughs, turning Charlotte's vision into clear, compelling, and consumer-centric product concepts and stories.
Reporting to a Senior Product Manager, your key responsibilities will include unlocking consumer and market insights, supporting innovation development, and bringing ideas to life through best-in-class presentations and seamless organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support delivery of consumer, category, and competitor insights using internal and external data sources, social listening, and trend platforms
- Analyse and distil data into clear, actionable insights to inform product innovation and strategic decisions
- Monitor global beauty trends, viral moments, and shifting consumer behaviours to identify emerging opportunities
- Contribute to insight reports, presentations, and innovation briefs with clarity and creativity
- Coordinate and organise agency presentations for innovation days, ensuring alignment with business needs
- Collaborate with NPD and Packaging teams to build compelling innovation narratives and presentations
- Manage product samples end-to-end, including ordering, tracking, and logistics
- Support creation of high-quality decks for key projects across the innovation pipeline
- Assist in visual merchandising plate artwork checks to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Maintain consistency and excellence across all product marketing outputs
Experience
Experience in product marketing, consumer insights, or related fields is desirable but not mandatory. A passion for beauty and trends is essential.

Qualifications
There are no strict qualification requirements; however, relevant education or experience in marketing, business, or related disciplines will be advantageous. A positive attitude and eagerness to grow within a dynamic, global beauty brand are key.
