About the Role
The Global Services Coordinator supports Events, Front of House, Service Desk, and Facilities functions across multiple sites. This role works closely with local and global stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery, maintain high operational standards, and support efficient booking and reporting processes. You will coordinate bookings, support back-of-house operations, and ensure smooth delivery of services across various sites. Key responsibilities include managing systems, maintaining data accuracy, supporting operational processes aligned with business needs, and collaborating with global teams to ensure consistency and best practice. This role also involves supporting reporting, MI packs, performance tracking, and continuous improvement of booking systems and service delivery.

Experience
Proven experience in reservations, event planning or coordination. Ideally experienced in using event management software programs. Proficient in business administration.

Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously. Ability to work both independently and in a team environment. Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels. Flexibility to work non-standard hours as required by event schedules. High level of attention to detail. Strong Microsoft Office skills.
