About the Role
We are seeking a Global Travel & Expense Manager to lead and continuously improve our global Travel & Expense services. You will drive service excellence, optimise processes and technology, and influence stakeholders across the business to deliver a seamless, compliant, and cost-effective experience for employees worldwide. Key responsibilities include owning and enhancing the global Travel & Expense service, driving continuous improvement, automation, and cost optimisation, partnering with global stakeholders to embed consistent standards while meeting local requirements, managing key supplier relationships to ensure strong performance and value, and acting as the Travel & Expense subject matter expert supporting governance, reporting, and future transformation initiatives.

Experience
Proven experience in global Travel & Expense management. Expertise in Concur, travel booking tools, and corporate card programmes. Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement and operational excellence. Experience leading change, transformation, and technology adoption.
About you
Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills. Commercially minded with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to partner effectively with global stakeholders to embed consistent standards while respecting local requirements.
Qualifications
Relevant qualifications or certifications in travel, expense management, or related fields are advantageous but not explicitly required. A track record of continuous professional development and operational leadership is highly valued.
