About the Role
LMAX Group Treasury is expanding its Treasury Risk & ALM team to support the efficient management of capital and liquidity across the Group’s legal entities. This role focuses on regulatory reporting to address the increasing complexity of liquidity management, Treasury risk, and regulatory requirements. You will develop analytics for governance committees across the Group and support the ICARA process.
Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements, including K-factors, and preparing regulatory reports for internal and external stakeholders. You will stay up to date with regulatory guidance and assist in the preparation of annual disclosures, ICARA assessments, and related policies and frameworks. This includes business model analysis, risk assessments, capital and liquidity adequacy, and recovery and wind-down planning.
In liquidity management, you will oversee daily short-term cash flows to ensure sufficient liquidity to meet obligations, monitor risk appetite and limits, and manage large exposures. You will collaborate with Financial Planning to develop medium-term capital plans for the Group and its legal entities.
Additional responsibilities include preparing management information for Risk Management Committee (RMC) and Board meetings, supporting the Treasury Risk & ALM team lead on projects such as optimising cash, collateral, liquidity position, market risk, and balance sheet impact, developing daily Treasury risk monitoring metrics, and enhancing the Treasury Risk Management Framework. You will also engage in business partnering to assess the impact of new products and processes.
Finally, you will assist in developing and executing stress tests on interest rates, liquidity crises, and capital adequacy to ensure regulated entities can withstand adverse scenarios.
