As a Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in delivering DeMellier’s visual identity across all customer and brand touchpoints. Reporting to the Head of Graphic Design and collaborating closely with Marketing, Digital, Wholesale, and other teams, you will create high-quality design across digital, social, print, packaging, and marketing communications. You will have a strong eye for detail, typography, layout, and imagery, translating creative direction into elevated and engaging brand assets.
This role involves managing multiple projects and channels to ensure a consistent and refined visual identity that balances design thinking with commercial awareness. It is an exciting opportunity for a designer with a strong understanding of luxury and fashion aesthetics and visual storytelling to join a fast-growing brand focused on quality, craftsmanship, and considered design.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and deliver graphic design assets across Marketing, E-commerce, Social, Wholesale, and Print channels.
- Develop layouts combining typography, photography, imagery, and graphic elements cohesively.
- Ensure all creative aligns with DeMellier’s visual identity and maintains high standards.
- Translate creative briefs and campaign direction into compelling, on-brand design solutions.
- Support seasonal campaigns and product launches across multiple channels.
- Create and maintain design templates and guidelines.
- Contribute to the evolution of DeMellier’s visual language.
- Design digital assets for email, website, paid media, and other digital marketing channels.
- Adapt creative for organic and paid social media, maintaining brand consistency.
- Prepare and optimise imagery for E-commerce, Marketing, and Wholesale.
- Stay informed on digital and social trends, formats, and best practices.
- Produce marketing collateral including presentations, press materials, gifting assets, and launch materials.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver assets accurately and efficiently.
- Design and manage printed materials including packaging, events, and gifting.
- Prepare artwork for production, ensuring supplier specifications are met.
- Collaborate with external suppliers and oversee artwork delivery.
- Maintain high craftsmanship and attention to detail across all physical materials.
- Manage multiple projects, prioritise workload, and meet deadlines.
- Identify opportunities to improve creative processes and workflows.
- Take ownership of projects while seeking direction and feedback as needed.
Experience
3–6 years’ relevant experience in a similar graphic design role, either in-house or agency, ideally within fashion, luxury, retail, or e-commerce.
A strong portfolio demonstrating excellent graphic design, layout, typography, and visual storytelling.
Experience creating design across digital, social, e-commerce, and print channels.
Good understanding of print processes and production requirements.
Knowledge of social media best practices and interest in digital trends and platform innovation.
About you
Excellent understanding of brand aesthetics and a highly developed visual eye.
Advanced skills in Figma, with knowledge of Design Systems a plus.
Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite.
Image editing and basic retouching skills are a plus.
Interest in utilising AI tools within workflows.
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and a meticulous approach to artwork and asset delivery.
A collaborative team player who actively contributes to creative discussions and feedback.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with creative and non-creative stakeholders.
A genuine interest in fashion, luxury, design, and contemporary visual culture.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Must have the right to work in the UK.
